What types of companies do you typically fund or acquire?

For acquisitions, we have 3 main areas of focus.  The first is disruptive technology companies with a focus real estate related activities. the second is disruptive technology to improve healthcare outcomes, and the third is real estate related companies including construction, home services, property management, and home remediation.

What deal size do you focus on?

Our principle target is investments up to $5M; that said for larger projects we are happy to collaborate with other investment groups to find creative ways to fund projects.

How do I sell my business to you?

If you are looking to either sell your business, or to plan a strategy to sell your business please get in touch.  We have the following criteria for any opportunity we evaluate.  1) Must have been in business for at least five years. 2) Must have annual revenues of at least $1M 3) Must be in a targeted area of interest for G3 Capital 4) Must be ready to exit within 12 months or less, 5) Must have a reliable team in place who can run the business after sale.

What type of real estate projects do you invest in?

At G3 we have 3 main focus areas.  The first is real estate investments in income generating assets including both commercial and residential projects.  This can be as simple as cash buy exit options for distressed home and commercial property owners, and as complex as syndication deals for large multi-unit and mixed use projects.

What technologies are you building or buying?

We are actively pursuing opportunities to transform real estate and healthcare.  This includes technologies to streamline patient access to care while reducing healthcare costs, projects to leverage block-chain technology to create liquidity and an alternative to syndication in real estate, and generalized technologies to empower real estate businesses to operate more efficiently including back office, dispatch, and reporting solutions.
